I graduated from National Taiwan University , and received a Master's Degree in Education from Seton Hall University . I am a member of Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate. The areas I cover are Hudson , Bergen , Essex, Union, Passaic and Morris Counties .I have won NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Awards 26 times. I was one of the few realtors who received the Silver Awards for 1999, 2002-2005, 2008, 2013 & 2014, 2015-2017, 2019-2021. In 2018, I broke my own record and did about 15 million worth of transactions and received the Gold Award. I have been awarded the Top Selling Agent of the Year 18 times at Neno-Rosa Agency since 1997 (1997, 2001-2005, 2007-2009, 2011, 2014-2021). In 2014, I received 2013 Realtor Spirit Award from Meadowlands Board of Realtors in recognition of services to the community.
