I love to create plans, strategies and excel at execution. I don't believe in passing on the work to a newer agent- if I am hired- I will be your agent. As of 2021- I have opened my own brokerage so I can focus more on client interaction and personal service. I offer all the bells and whistles if not more than any franchise brokerage does but I don't have to pay the fees they require which means I can be flexible with my commission when I need to be.
