I guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process from the marketing & advertising of their property, the buyer’s pre-approval, market research, pre-viewing homes, negotiations, presenting offers, writing contracts, appraisals, inspections . . . all the way to the closing table! I am beside them every step of the way. I remove the "unknowns" from the process,so that my clients gain the confidence needed in order to enjoy the process, asopposed to being stressed and/or being taken advantage of. Both of my parents were born and raised in Greenville, so I traveled to Greenville often to visit family. Myhusband and I together, have 5 children, 6 grandbabies (& growing) and 2 dogs (Ella & Moose) who we adopted from the Greenville Humane Society.
