Celebrating another anniversary in Real Estate and taking a little time to ponder...why did I become a Real Estate Agent?? For all of the glamorous reasons everyone envisions, of course! You can set your own schedule and have a lavish life style. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!! (insert laugh emoji here.)Many years of being in the business has taught me that the most valuable possession we have in this life is TIME. The time spent with my husband, children and grandchildren is cherished, but as it turns out, I also enjoy spending time with my clients. Helping them through one of, not only the biggest purchases they will ever experience, but it can be one of the most emotional situations they will ever go through as well. The special moment of 1st time Buyer's getting married or couples having babies. It's exciting to share in their "miracle moments" of buying a home or the announcement of their first child. In some cases, we walk gently through the loss of a loved one or a divorce preparing the family home to sell. There are people behind each transaction that I work so closely with for several months and become close friends and family tied with heartstrings at closing. These relationships last a lifetime. So as I ponder going into my 10th year as an Agent I am so grateful for my Client's and must admit that my family, personal and professional, have grown over the years. The knowledge and experience that this fast paced market has taught me will navigate us to your "dream home come true." I'll be patient and explain things "as we go" during the process, but will also "add some humor" along the way. Sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine. Please, call me and we can chat about your current situation & timeline, carve out a game plan that fits your specific needs and set it in motion a plan to achieve the results that get you moving!Sincerely,Barb MullerNP Dodge Real Estate402-719-9238bmuller@npdodge.com613 N 204th Ave. CircleOmaha, NE 68022
