For the majority of people, a home is their largest single investment. Buying is exciting and at the same time often a bit scary. Selling can be traumatic and make you crazy. My goal is to guide you successfully and easily through the contractual, investment, and emotional decisions involved in the Real Estate process. Having been in retail for forty years, I understand about providing superior service and expertise. Customer service, customer service, customer service...that is what I offer to you.I have been self employed since running a paper route in grade school, mowing lawns, and selling produce from the family garden; a musician in high school and college, handling all of the finances and scheduling; a 1972 graduate of Kansas State leading me to start and successfully run three different retail stores; own and oversee a small farm of 160 acres, growing crops and raising horses; and operate Jepson Studios, Inc. (a.k.a. Jepson Pottery), a custom handmade pottery business from 1974 to 2012. Throw in @ 16 years in Boy Scouting while raising 5 children, serving as presidents of local chapters of Jaycees and Lions Club, being active in the church, "retirement" due to the aches and pains from over 40 years of throwing pots has brought me to Pittsburg to be near family. Having been on the "go" all of my life, I don't know how to totally retire, so real estate has provided me with a place to use my business and people experiences and keep me active in life.
