David Ladner is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Harmony located in Wakefield, MA. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for RE/MAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own RE/MAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, RE/MAX Harmony is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner.David had been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services for the past six years. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income.He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate.
