My name is David Rodriguez, and I'm a Realtor at Re/Max Precision. I found my passion for real estate in 2012 when I purchased my first investment property. I have always been intrigued by the idea of helping find people a place to live, and my first experiences with that were purchasing and managing my own rental properties. My transition into obtaining my Real Estate license has been very rewarding because I now get to help people firsthand experience the joy of homeownership. I get the same adrenaline of selling people their dream home as I do when helping investors grow their portfolios. Since I was young, my family has been in the restaurant industry, so I have constantly been around people. I very much consider myself a "people person" because I love meeting and getting to know others, regardless of where I am or what I'm doing.. Real estate is a career where I get to network with others and build quality long term relationships with my clients.
