My name is Holly Kimsey Evans and I am a North Carolinian. I was born and raised in Fayetteville before moving to Charlotte in 2006. I began to recognize my love and enthusiasm for sales in middle school when I focused on selling candy to help my parents pay for competitive cheerleading. I developed my tenacious skills by participating in various school fundraisers and going to local Saturday morning yard sales to practice negotiating.I grew up with a mother in the education field and observed the attributes of patience, effective communication and perseverance. I realized several other keys to success in a career: professional integrity and work ethic, knowledge and skills to ensure subject matter expertize, relationship building and a passion for excellence. The military background of my father and grandfather who retired as a United States Air Force Brigadier General, instilled the expectation for tasks to be completed proficiently and in a timely manner. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I began my career in real estate. Education has always been a priority and I have invested thousands of hours honing my professional skills with continuing education in sales and coaching. My goal as a real estate agent is simple. To make the dream of home ownership and/or selling a home not only a reality, but a seamless and successful process. I would love to share my extensive client list as credit to my abilities as well as the level of customer service I provide. Call me today to learn more about how I can assist you.
