Jim, a third generation native of Hutchinson, has a lifetime of experience in the housing industry. He grew up around construction and building materials while working at the family business, Davis Home Center on East 30th Ave. In 1984, he obtained his broker's license and now operates a full-service real estate and property management firm. When not busy with real estate, Jim contributes his time to various community organizations, most recently serving as Co-Chairman of the Reno County Wind Energy Task Force. Jim is married to Trish Rose. Between them, they have four children and seven grandchildren.
