I arrived in Dover in 1997 as an aircraft electrician in the USAF. I immediately purchased a 4 unit apartment building with a VA loan. My wife and I lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Shortly after that, and still while on active duty, I purchased another home. I was hooked and started building a rental portfolio of over 100 units. I still to this day love buying rental property.I obtained my real estate license in 2000. I started selling new construction and my career took off.
