Janet Arns has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. Janet has dedicated over 16 years of helping clients buy and sell property with putting their interests above her own. She is also on the Board of the Quincy Association of Realtors.Her husband, David, and her also own Area Home Services. They also own Sonsview Properties Inc., which is a rental property business. Born and raised in Quincy, she has a strong commitment to Quincy and how it's a great place to live and raise a family. In her free time she participates in various ministries at The Crossing, service club events and enjoys developing long term friendships. She has been married for 31 years and raised two children, Stephen & Amanda. Amanda is now married to James Hinkamper and have a daughter.She was awarded the 2020 and 2021 Quincy Herald-Whig Real Estate Professional of the Year.
