What does the LA Homeboy stand for? The bottom line: Keeping it real! We have been specializing in helping first time buyers for the last 10+ years. I currently live in the Eastside of LA. I went to Bravo high school in Boyle Heights (class of 98…just barely millennial lol) I roamed the streets when they were hood and well now...only half of them are hood ;). Knowing the ins and outs of all the local pockets is a benefit to our clients. We don't fake the front like others who just "sell" the Eastside & NELA or LA for that matter. Born and Raised.A little bit about me, I Brokered a RE/MAX office for 5 years. It was great experience, but hustling while managing 12 agents wasn't for me. I needed a change. I realized I really really dislike most realtors and salespeople and their dishonest power sale strategies (sorry not sorry). So I came back home to Eastside. I wanted to be closer and more accessible to my clients and the city I love. I started my own company and made it my goal to take my customer service and knowledge of the streets of LA to you. Our clients always trust that my brother and partner, Alex, & I, are looking out for them by giving them the back stories to the neighborhoods and homes of interest. When asked how long we have been in real estate, we respond by saying that we have been in and around real estate all our lives. Our mother, a Broker of 40+ years, would take us out as a kid to show houses, collect rents, put up flyers, and list homes. During our HS and college years we always helped around the office and hosted open houses.I received my agents license in 2003 and became a Broker in 2013. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in philosophy (yeah I know me some Socrates, Plato, St Augustine, Nietzsche) and I did a short tour in Law school. Definitely not my thing. However, those contract law courses have come in handy. Fast forward to real estate. I am a property owner myself. My wife and I own multiple units and I understand the frustrations, difficulties and joys that can come from buying, and selling a home.We would like to get to know you. We pride ourselves in being staright forward, honest and ourselves. You wont get a suit with a rolex. We build relationships for life. Please feel free to call/text or email us at ANY hour.
