When choosing a Realtor, do not SETTLE. Choose someone who will work full time for you, someone who will be available whenever your schedule dictates. It also means choosing someone who will be readily available to return your phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. It means finding someone who will find or sell a property and negotiate a sale at the best price and terms for YOU. My pledge as a full time Realtor is just that: I wouldn't settle for less, and neither should you!
