I do believe delegation is a valuable skill in this business, but it is important to remember the difference between delegating and abdicating duties. I have a team to delegate to but I will be by my clients side all the way through each and every transaction. I have a GRI, SRES, SFR, and PMC designations/certifications and continue to grow in knowledge by attending seminars often.I am married to a wonderful Man, Mark Tattersall, and have 3 beautiful children, Brett 33, Reid 30, Lindsay 26, and 1 grandson 6 years old RJ, two granddaghters, Morgan 3 and Grace 2 years of age. With 36 years experience in California I have learned to commit myself to serving others with results. I specialize in residential home sales, short sales, and rentals. I bring investors together to help them invest their hard earn dollars into the real estate market to help them with a great return on their money.
