Lifelong Southern Californian, Jodi Breneman, was born and raised in La Canada Flintridge. A resident of the San Gabriel Valley for most of her life, Jodi attended La Canada High School and graduated in 1989. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Ms. Breneman worked as an insurance underwriter and broker for over 10 years. Her administrative and sales position gave Jodi the tools for she needed to excel in her field. Breneman immediately learned the benefits of hard work and strong ethics. Rounding out her experience, she also studied interior design for 2 years. When she entered the real estate industry in 2001, she immediately found success—winning the "Rookie of the Year Award" her very first year at Century 21, where she was a consistent top agent for all 6 years she was with the company. She earned 4 Centurion Awards and attended numerous top agent retreats to celebrate and be recognized for her success. Amongst her many achievements and accolades are #1 Sales Agent with CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes through March 31, 2005 and Consistent Top Producer Awards from 2001-2020. Jodi has also seen her success crossover into HGTV's programs such as "Designed to Sell" and "House Hunters". Recently, Jodi was just voted as Top Real Estate Agent by Macaroni Kids of Pasadena. Her area of focus is the entire San Gabriel Valley, stretching from La Crescenta to Claremont, with an emphasis in Monrovia, Pasadena, La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Duarte, Arcadia and Glendora. Ms. Breneman has been married to her husband Jarod, a firefighter, for over 24 years and her interests include boating, traveling, gardening, and volunteer work. Jodi is a strong believer in giving back to her community through volunteerism and financial support. She is involved in a number of organizations and has most recently served as the Co-Chair of Festival of Trees benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of the Foothills. In addition, she has served as Community Development Director for Pasadena Junior Chamber of Commerce, Director and Chairperson for Monrovia Day Association's, Monrovia Day Parade, Executive Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills, Co-Chair for Live and Silent Auction for Love of Youth Fundraiser benefiting The Boys & Girls Club, and Pasadena Junior League. Ms. Breneman supports many local schools and little leagues such as Mayflower Elementary School, Arcadia Christian School, Monrovia Youth Baseball League and more. Foundations such as the American Cancer Society, the Los Angeles Conservancy, Monrovia Reads, Make a Wish, and Friends of the Monrovia Library have also seen extensive support from Jodi.
