Kim is a seasoned real estate professional who began her career working for a South Beach development company in 1996. After two years of learning real estate development business, she decided to join her father's mortgage brokerage and real estate development company where she learned all aspects of the business from commercial and residential financing to high rise construction financing and development. Her involvement shaped her skills and knowledge of the South Florida real estate market and her background has lead her to be a highly qualified real estate professional. Kim's dedication and commitment to her clients is superior. She gives her utmost professionalism and diligence with each client. Understanding the clients needs is the most important basis for a great working relationship. Her listening skills and special attention to detail are just some of the qualities that set her a part from the rest. Aside from structuring real estate transactions, she enjoys spending time with her horse, going to the Miami Heat and Dolphins games and dining out. She is most passionate about animals and animal welfare. For over 15 years, she has dedicated her time to the South Florida SPCA horse rescue and is Vice President of the organization. She is also a founding committee member of 100+ Women Who Care, a professional women's group who raise money for local under-funded charities and is a member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.
