Kim has been in the Triangle area almost her whole life. She grew up in Raleigh (shout out to Broughton High School!), then was the black sheep of the family who graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, while the rest of the clan are NC State alumni. Kim then lived in Charlotte, and has been back in Chapel Hill since 2000. She loves showing buyers all the favorite local spots.
