Lance W. Lester is a 3rd generation resident of the Brazos Valley and attended Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas. In 1997 upon graduating, Lance founded Municipal Drilling Services,LLC, a commercial water well drilling firm specializing in municipal water supplies across Texas. It was this industry that led Lance to see a need for private property owner rights as it pertained to groundwater, which started the transition and creation of the Brazos Valley Water Alliance, LP, where he served as President from 2000-2005. The Alliance is a coop style goundwater acquistion company specializing in Central Texas and based in College Station, Texas. Upon moving out of the water industry in 2005, Lance transitioned into real estate, development, and construction with the opening of Acacia Homes. Through his work with Acacia Homes, Lance is able to specialize in working with his clients in the design and construction of their dream homes. Raised with a real estate and development background, Lance has worked closely with his family in the sale and development of multiple commercial, retail, and residential developments in the Bryan/College Station area. Lance married his wife Chelsea in 2009 and they have been blessed with 2 children, Sadie and Trey. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, cutting horses, skiing, and watching Texas A&M Athletics.
