Logan grew up in the Midland, Michigan, area and has fond memories of his time spent here. He returned after 19 years with a master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Memphis and an invigorated interest in the residential housing market. His previous experience includes work in the fields of political and corporate research, as well as residential and commercial real estate investment. After obtaining a real estate license in 2011, he spent four years honing in on the Midland market and working with various clients from first time home buyers and investors to move up or relocating sellers. His credentials consist of: a SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation, the 2011 Midland Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year award, 2012 MBOR Office All Star award, an associate broker's license in 2014, and a sales record for the past four years, of over $20 million in Midland real estate sold. He enjoys spending time with his family (which consists of his wife, Meredith, and their three fur babies: Ace, Clara, and Rizzo), participating in a local men's softball league, trying (in vain) to improve his golf game, and exploring all that Midland has to offer. You can usually find him at a Loon's game or out on a stroll at the Farmer's Market during the summer months. In 2015, Logan opened Modern Realty with one main goal: to conduct and manage real estate transactions with a world-class level of service unmatched by competing brokerages. His mission is to create highly informed real estate clients, and to that end, he has created materials to help buyers and sellers alike fully understand the process and time frames involved in real estate transactions. While each deal is very unique in its own way, he's managed to help provide information to help people navigate their way home. At Modern Realty, Logan and his associated agents are striving to redefine the real estate experience in the Midland, Michigan, area.
