Nancy was the top listing and selling agent in her office from 2002 to 2005 selling homes in Rockville Centre, Oceanside, Baldwin, Freeport, Merrick and the surrounding neighborhoods. She was listed in the "Top 200 Realtors in Closed Sale on Long Island" in 2005. Her success as Top Producing Agent inspired her to launch her own independently-owned and operated company. Home and Hearth Real Estate was established in 2006 with two locations in Oceanside and Rockville Centre. In 2016 we were proud to be listed among the Top 50 Long Island Residential Brokerages (excluding the South Fork) by The Real Deal magazine. In 2009 we were honored to be "Business of the Year" by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. We also have been publicly recognized by Nassau County legislators and the New York State Senate for our community involvement in various charitable and civic organizations. Nancy has been an instructor of adult Education classes titled "How to Stage Your Home to Sell for Top Dollar" and "Selling Your Home With or Without a Realtor". She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and has studied photography at Mount San Antonio College in California. Nancy believes in giving back to the community. She has served two terms as Vice President of Oceanside Kiwanis Club and serves on the Executive Board of The Oceanside Education Foundation/Schoolhouse Green.
