Since 2004, Nathan has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across South Florida that spans from the Keys to the Palm Beaches and now has added the Front Range and the Denver Metro area in Colorado to his expertise where he grew up and has family still re siding. He serves these communities and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties including short-term rentals, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties. Nathan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver. He then worked on-board cruise ships and held management positions in large well known hotels in Colorado, Las Vegas and in Hollywood, FL. Now he brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home.
