She felt real estate would prove to be as interesting as managing corporate meetings given every transaction would hold its own set of opportunities and challenges. She has been buying and selling rental properties while learning techniques of creative financing and utilizing various resources. Randi first fell in love with the Asheville area working as whitewater kayak instructor for the Nantahala Outdoor Center, and, after living in Palm Springs, CA and Atlanta, GA, returned to the mountains knowing this would be home.
