After Ryan graduated from UC Davis with a managerial economics degree and began developing his niche in the tech landscape, he discovered that his passion was in interacting one-on-one with people. After helping one of his friends search for a new home, he held a newfound appreciation for his father’s career and decided to follow suit, becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2003. After excelling at a large brokerage firm, Ryan joined his dad in the business and earned his broker’s license.Along with Ryan’s natural sales abilities is his adamancy that clients receive the most timely and accurate information to help them make confident decisions. His memberships in the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, and the Alameda chapter of the Bay East Association Realtors®, give him further insights into industry changes and updates to help ensure his clients are always in the know.Away from the office, Ryan spends much of his free time with his wife and two young sons. He also enjoys playing basketball and caring for his saltwater fish tanks with vivid fish and corals.
