Stephanie has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and a Real Estate Broker since 2014. Stephanie has extensive knowledge in the new construction and existing home sales market. She is also the Managing Broker for Realtypath Summit in Ogden, Utah. She has more than 70 full-time agents and has simultaneously ran a new construction sales team and been the exclusive agent for Ogden City‘s Redevelopment Department.Stephanie is consistently in the top 1% of agents in a brokerage with over 1,100 real estate professionals and in the top 10% of those in her association of over 2,500 members. She has served as the Liaison for each of the committees within her Realtor organization, is one of 14 elected Board of Director members for Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors and is the President of the association in 2022. Stephanie also serves on the Utah Association of Realtors® Board of Directors for over 10,000 members. She was featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2018, was Broker of the Year in 2019, has many National Association designations and certifications, teaches Pathways to Professionalism, and is the Vice Dean to the UAR Leadership Academy. Stephanie contributes thousands of dollars a year to protecting private property rights and donates money to help her community and future generations. Stephanie is passionate about smart growth in Utah so her children have an opportunity to afford a home close to her one day and loves to spend time with her family and travel when at all possible.
