Toni Shroyer has the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) by the National Association of Realtors. Ms. Shroyer attended UC DAVIS, graduated from UCLA and received her California Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. Ms. Shroyer was a top producer nationwide for Countrywide Home Loans and JPMortgage Chase Home Equity. She continues to be one of Coldwell Banker's Top Producers in the Greenbrae office and is a member of TAN (Top Agent Network; Top 10% of Real Estate Agents in Marin County). Ms. Shroyer was a member of The PRESIDENT'S CLUB and CHAIRMEN'S of BRADLEY REAL ESTATE and received both The NOVATO PATCH Person of The Year 2011 and the Founders Award from Frank Howard Allen Realtors. Ms. Shroyer is a Marin Native and has more than 20 years Real Estate experience. She is the Founder of The Indian Valley 4-H Club in Novato and Founded "Pennies for Police Dogs" which raised funds for the purchase of Novato Police Department's third K-9 and funding for narcotics training for all three dogs. Ms. Shroyer is active with Novato Jr. Horsemens. She was on the San Marin All Sports Boosters Board. Ms. Shroyer is also on the Board of The San Rafael Police K-9 Association and continues to raise funds for Novato and San Rafael K-9 Units. She also volunteers with the Gang Graffiti Abatement program in Novato. She enjoys working with clients and finding the best home possible for them and make the selling process as smooth as possible.
