After becoming an Eagle Scout and before attending UCF, his father encouraged him to acquire his Real Estate License, and so he did. In 2013 & 2014, Wael was ranked as the top selling agent in his office. In 2015, Wael decided to branch off and open his own brokerage, "Properties In Town."Wael is known to be direct, results-oriented & gifted with clarity of thought and articulation. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter and primarily focuses on truth, accuracy and productivity. He's stimulated by challenges and shows ingenuity at meeting them.
